Support Preparation:

  • Have the circuit ID labeled and also in a central location where all can see it.
  • Have the Carriers trouble reporting number & account number next to the circuit and in the central location.
  • Have the contact phone number for all site specific personnel updated and available for trouble shooting.
  • Know the location specific hours of operation in the event of needing a dispatch.

When a support issue occurs:

  • Have you verified that the equipment has power?
  • Have you rebooted the equipment and still are having the issue?
  • Call in a trouble ticket to Threshold Communications at 888-820-7833
