“We've recently contracted Threshold Communications for migrating our PBX system and we're very likely going to buy a couple of OC-12 lines from them for network peering. I HIGHLY recommend them, they have proved to me that they are very competent, their pricing is good, and when they install or sell you something, they will support it, no matter when (or if) it breaks, and I think that's the strongest point here. Another very important point: they are vendor agnostic, they're not Qwest, Verizon or whatever, they will negotiate the best pricing for you, and support you, no matter which solution you buy from them. That's important, especially if you ever had some issue with the big telcos and don't like to spend 6 hours on the phone waiting to be sent to someone that can simply identify what's going on or why something is broke. They will handle all this, no matter how late it is or if it's happening on a weekend, they will get it fixed and report to you, they won't ask any question, they will just get the work done.”
